Time Allotment
Allow a time frame of 3 - 4 hours.
We meet at the launch site. Set-up and inflation of the balloon takes about 30 minutes. The flight lasts from 60 - 90 minutes. The balloon pilot keeps in contact with the chase crew via two-way radio. The chase crew will be waiting at the landing site. The balloon is deflated and packed up. We celebrate our flight with the traditional champagne toast. You will then be driven back to your vehicle at the launch site.

Scheduling
Sun up and pre sundown flights are scheduled according to weather conditions and FAA regulations. Flight dates are tentatively scheduled.
The balloon pilot checks pre flight weather conditions with Flight Weather Services and determines if conditions are contingent to flying. If conditions are suitable the pilot then determines the launch site and flight time.
