Time Allotment
Allow a time frame of 2-3 hours for your Hot Air Balloon Ride.
Our pilot and crew will meet you at a pre-determined launch site. Set up and inflation of the balloon takes about 30 minutes. The flight lasts 60- 90 minutes. The chase crew meet you at the landing site. Your flight will be celebrated with the traditional "Champagne Toast." The balloon is packed up and we will return you to your vehicle at the launch site.

Scheduling
Sun up and pre sundown year round flights are scheduled according to weather conditions and FAA regulations. Flights dates can be tentatively scheduled. Prior to your flight the balloon pilot checks pre flight weather conditions with Flight Weather Service and determines if the conditions are contingent to flying. If conditions are suitable the pilot then determines the launch site and flight time of your Hot Air Balloon Ride.

Capacity is limited to 3 passengers and the Hot Air Balloon Pilot.
